Untracked (Non-refundable)
(8-20 business days) This option is the most popular and has been very reliable. However, if your parcel is lost, there is no way of tracking the order. I cannot afford to give refunds for untracked orders so please know the risk before choosing this option!

Tracked (Refundable)
(6-10 business days) Although this option costs more, it ensures you will receive a refund if the order is lost. This is recommended for larger orders.
