Untracked (Non-refundable)
This option is the most popular and has been very reliable. However, if your parcel is lost, there is no way of tracking the order. As a small business, I cannot afford to give refunds for untracked orders so please know the risk before choosing this option!

Tracked (Refundable)
Although this option costs more, it ensures you will receive a refund if the order is lost and arrives much faster.
