Where do you ship from and do you ship internationally?
I ship from Canada and I ship worldwide.
Are your products tariffed?
Luckily not! Journalling stickers have 0% duties and fees and my apparel is shipped to you from within your country of origin through a third party partner.
How long will my order take to arrive?
All orders are fulfilled within 3-10 business days, and shipping can take anywhere between 4-15 business days depending on where you are!
What if my order is lost?
If your order is lost in the mail, I can resend your order or issue a full refund. Contact me at hello@modoodles.shop or use the contact form below!
Can I return a product?
I am unable to offer returns. All sales are final.
Do you offer wholesale?
Yes I do! Feel free to fill out my wholesaler form and I will be in contact with you.
