Where do you ship from and do you ship internationally?

We ship internationally from Canada using Canada Post lettermail.

Are your products subject to tariffs/duties for US customers?

No. Our products are tariff/duty-free, courtesy of the CUSMA agreement.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Stickers are packed once per week and dropped off at the post office the following day. Apparel and art prints ship separately and typically arrive sooner.

Stickers: 4–18 business days
Apparel: 5–10 business days
Prints: 5–10 business days

What if my order is lost?

If your order is lost in the mail, I can resend your order or issue a full refund. Contact me at hello@modoodles.shop or use the contact form below.

Can I return a product?

I am unable to offer returns. All sales are final.
